Both of the meals provided are plated meals. Menu options were designed to meet most dietary preferences or needs.These are the choices available for the events: 

Lunch options:

- Turkey sandwich and *butternut squash soup

- Grilled cheese sandwich and *butternut squash soup (Vegetarian)

- Grilled stuffed portabella with roasted vegetables (GF)

*the butternut squash soup is vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free

Dinner options:

- Slow roasted Prime Rib with au jus accompanied by winter vegetables

-Roasted Chicken and Salmon with white wine sauce accompanied by winter vegetables

- Vegetarian

Dessert options:

Apple Pie or Creme Brulee
